Our record is the Kansas City Public Library’s Plaza Branch garage: 350,000 square feet in a single overnight session, about six hours, using The Beast. Crown Center’s 600,000 square feet took two nights. Tidal Wave Auto Spa’s 120,000 square feet of post-construction concrete took a two-person crew and The Beast five to six hours. The speed comes from the equipment — a 6-foot ride-on surface cleaner fed by three machines at once — not from cutting corners on the chemistry.

No. Nearly every commercial job here was done overnight, over a weekend, or in phased sections with the rest of the property open. K-State’s garage was a three-night job with daytime parking open throughout. Crown Center reopened section by section. At Parkway Senior Living the residents were home the entire time. Yes. The Dick’s Sporting Goods facade — four stories of brick and EIFS — was soft washed in a day and a half from the ground, no lifts, no scaffolding. Our metered soft-wash system reaches five stories from the ground. Above that we partner with Heart of America Window Cleaning, whose rope-access crews take a building to 35 stories, so it is one call for the whole building.

The residential studies here are the large ones — a 10,000-square-foot stucco estate at The National, an 11,000-square-foot shingle-style estate in the Northland, a lakefront estate at Weatherby Lake, and a Parkville estate that sat on the market for 741 days and went pending 45 days after we washed it. Yes. Fort Leavenworth hired KC Splash on two contracts — 58 homes, then 64 duplexes and quadplexes, 122 homes in all — for exterior house washing, windows and gutters.
