Senior living facilities don’t work that way. The Parkway Senior Living in Blue Springs is home to hundreds of residents — and they’re there around the clock, every day. Meals are served on a schedule. Medical staff come and go. Family visits don’t stop because there’s a pressure washing crew on the property. The scope was significant: the main community living complex, 17 individual residential houses spread across the property behind it, dining facilities, and all common-area surfaces. Brick, stone veneer, EIFS panels, and composite siding — a full mix of exterior materials, three to three-and-a-half stories tall, all reachable from the ground with the MoFlo high-reach system. Total exterior square footage: over 400,000 sq ft.
KC Splash sequenced the buildings to keep resident pathways clear at all times and ran three crew members simultaneously with the MoFlo soft wash system — reaching the full building height without lifts, scaffolding, or equipment blocking resident access.
