Large-scale concrete and surface-cleaning contracts include up to three emergency callbacks in the 12 months after the job, included in the contract, with no upsell and no invoice. A fuel or oil spill, a vehicle accident, a fluid leak: call and we come back out and clean that area. Callbacks are for sudden messes, not routine re-cleaning.
