KC Splash is not a franchise operation and not a fly-by-night wash crew. We are a Kansas City company built from scratch — started in 2021 by Daniel Lynn while still in high school, grown through reinvestment and a refusal to cut corners, and now trusted by property managers, facility directors and homeowners across the metro.
We started with residential work — houses, driveways, roofs and gutters. That foundation is still core to what we do. But KC Splash has also grown into commercial cleaning most local companies aren’t equipped for: parking garages, large-scale lots, post-construction sites, military housing and multi-story building exteriors.

The Beast is KC Splash’s custom 6-foot ride-on surface cleaner — a rare, limited-production machine built to order by Hi-Low Solutions, and the first in Kansas City. It runs three machines simultaneously, delivers ~35 GPM to the surface head, and cleans large commercial concrete roughly three times faster than a standard setup.
It’s the equipment behind our record jobs — 350,000 sq ft at the KC Public Library in 6 hours, 600,000 sq ft at Crown Center. KC Splash brought the first one to Kansas City. The same standard we bring to a 600,000 sq ft garage is what we bring to your driveway.
