Our story
KC Splash started in 2021 with one idea: bring genuinely professional, damage-free exterior cleaning to Kansas City — soft washing done the right way, backed in writing, priced up front with no surprises.

It is the same system we run on commercial building washes — so homeowners get commercial-grade results on their siding — and we soak and protect landscaping before, during, and after.
The Beast + hot water for flatwork
For concrete, garages, and large-area work we run a ride-on surface cleaner — a rare, limited-production machine and the first of its kind in Kansas City — that moves roughly three times faster than conventional gear, plus hot-water systems and ride-on scrubbers that lift the oil, grease, and grime cold-water pressure washing leaves behind. It is how we cleaned the 600,000-square-foot Halls at Crown Center garage on a schedule that kept the property open.
