Why the times are so different

The Beast Does in One Pass What Takes Two

A traditional pressure washing crew with hand wands covers a 4-foot path at roughly 1 mph walking pace โ€” with 10 GPM going to the cleaning head. A full job requires two passes โ€” one to surface clean, one to rinse. Hoses have to be manually dragged and repositioned constantly. And at 400,000 square feet, crew fatigue becomes a real factor. The cleaning gets less consistent as the job goes on.

The Beast runs a 6-foot spray bar with 35 GPM going directly to the cleaning head โ€” more than triple the pressure on a 50% wider path. In rinse mode it covers ground at up to 4.5 mph. In full surface clean mode it applies chemistry, scrubs, and rinses in a single pass simultaneously. The integrated hose reel eliminates manual dragging. And it doesn’t get tired.

The result is a deeper, more consistent clean โ€” not just a faster one. Machine-driven pace means the same pressure and coverage from the first pass to the last. At 400,000 square feet, that difference is visible.
